- The name of my practice - AvecEva - means “with Eva” in French. It is emblematic of the journey we will take together and is meant to emphasize the importance of dialogue in personal growth. Coaching grants you a conversation partner, an ally trained to facilitate important conversations and ask questions that foster progress. AvecEva is also a palindrome, its Greek roots meaning “running back again” which highlights the importance of taking stock of our paths thus far in order to re-write our narratives.

Since opening my private coaching practice in 2004, I’ve spent over 800 hours coaching, working with executives in dozens of different time zones across a variety of industries. I specialize in career transition, leadership development, change management, cross-cultural communication, and working with professionals and teams in an international context. My aim is to be your partner as you discover successful, and fulfilling work.
Education & Certifications
I was trained and certified by the Coaches Training Institute (CCPC), the International Coach Federation (PCC), the Columbia University Executive Coaching Certification Program (CCCP), the Center for Right Relationships (ORSC), the Firework Career Coaching Company (licensed career coach), and Team Coaching International (licensed facilitator). I also have a Masters Degree in Literature and History (MA).
