I received my training for executive coaching from the Columbia University Executive Coaching Certification Program (CCCP), where Executive and Organizational Coaching is defined as a developmental process that builds a leader's capabilities to achieve professional and organizational goals. It is informed by multiple disciplines: a powerful integration of counseling, organizational and social psychology, adult development and adult learning, and other behavioral sciences - communication theory; intercultural communication, and managerial learning and business management.

Evidence-based and grounded in theoretical knowledge, executive coaching seeks to align intentions and outcomes. It is an especially helpful process for leaders who are in position to make a significant contribution to the mission and purpose of their organization.
